Fall Mini Album Part 1 of 3 with tutorial

Today we get to start a new mini album. This album is going to be so much fun to make and this is only part 1 and I just love this page. 

This page is just full of pockets with lots of photo mats and pull out pages. 

Starting right off the top I made 2 belly bands to hold my envelope pockets made with Big Labelzz and Tags no:13  

 

By using the largest die from Big Labelzz and Tagzz no:13  I added a score line part way down to make the flap of my envelope. I used On the Edge no:51  to cut a decorative opening for my pocket.  

Already we start off with a bunch of photo mats even before we start pulling out goodies. 

Hidden behind the envelope pockets I have to tags also made with Big Labelzz and Tagzz no:13 

Going a little back a little bit is one of the first of 2 large pockets with a pull out folder.

On the back pocket I used On the Edge no:45  for my opening of my next pocket and also used it for the pull out folder.

This whole page opens up to reveal another page for lots of room for a photo spread. I added to thinner pages using Cardzz no:182

Crealies Farmhouse Mini Album Part 2 of 2 Full Tutorial

 

Hi It's Patty

Today I would like to share with you part 2 of 2 for my Farmhouse Mini Album 

This was a fun album to make and it was fun using the new Cardzz no:181  Slimline dies. 

In this video I show you adding the spine to the pages we made in part 1

I used Mini Album Binding System D  to attached my pages. This has a nice wide gusset so we can really build up the pages.  Below is a top view showing you all the spacing you can get with this die.  Also if you look at the middle pages I used Mini Album Binding System C  to give some room to add some fun inserts. 

For my tags in this album I used Big Labelzz and Tagzz no:16 

On the pages below I added a corner pocket to keep any photo mats or tags in place without falling out. To make this corner pocket I used For Jounalzz and Plannerzz Medium Pocket Die no:652 

The inserts I made to go in the pockets are really fun to make.

The insert was made by using For Jounalzz and Plannerzz Medium Pocket Die no:652  for both my waterfall and corner pocket.

Crealies Inspriation Relay farmhouse mini album part 1 of 2

Today I get to share with you some of the new dies for October.

With these new dies I created another mini album,

this is called Farmhouse and will be in 2 parts. 

In this video we will create all the pages for the mini album.  To make this album I used Cardzz no:181  to make all my base pages and layers. 

As you can see cutting out all the layers and adding them together make for a pretty layout even by it's self as seen here on the front and back covers. 

Moving alone to the inside front and back covers I created some corner pockets made with For Jounalzz and Plannerzz Medium Pocket Die no:652 

I wanted to create a set of stacked pockets so I hand cut out my pockets and layered them up on the page. 

For my next pages I used For Journalzz and Plannerzz Large Pocket Die no:651  to make my photo mats, this dies is perfect for making them. 

There are so many ideas that you can use these new Mix and Match dies for and one of them is to use them for my belly bands on my next 2 pages.  For the belly band I used Mix and Match no.12 

Knowing a lot of us like to make pocket pages I did that by using On the Edge no:47  to the last 2 pages that I will show you today.

A Christmas Star Part 4 Inserts The final

Today I would like to share with you the final part of my A Christmas Star Mini Album. In this video we wrap up the inserts for this album.  This was a fun album to create and I hope you enjoyed this one. 

We also create the photo mats and tags for all the pockets. To make my photo mats I used Crea-Nest-Lies XXL95  

For the smaller pockets I made using For Journalzz and Plannerzz Small Pocket Die  I made my tags with Labelzz and Tagzz no:15 

My first Insert was make using Crea-Nest-Lies XXL no:24  for my base pages and Crea-Nest-Lies XXL no:95  for my pattern paper as well as for my photo mats that I tucked under my star cut out with Crea-Nest-Lies XXL 102 

To attach a top and bottom I used Mini Album Binding System C  and I was really excited to use the newest die Crea-Nest-Lies XXL no:103  the book die.  This die is really going to be fun to use in future projects. 

For my next insert I made a pull out photo mat with a pocket on the front.  To make the pocket I used For Journalzz and Plannerzz Medium pocket die  and to attach Crea-Nest-Lies XXL no:24  I used Mini Album Binding System B .

This is a fun insert to make and you can even make this for most any mini album.

This insert actually opens up to have photo mats underneath.
