How Neat Is That Blog Hop

You should have arrived here from Lori's blog and saw her awesome project:
I'm going to show you how to make a Purse box with Spellbinders with a little note card for the inside.
My supply list is:
Spellbinders Grand Nestablilities
Grand Labels 1 and Grand Labels 4
Plain Card Stock and my fancy paper is from DCWV the Mariposa Stack
All edges were inked with a very light brown ink and Stickled. 
I also used Ribbon for the handle and lots of Mulberry Flowers and Leaves. 
My bling is from Recollections and my Sunflower Yellow Pearl is from Queen and Co.
I also cut a heart dollie in half. Everything was glued together with Fabri-Tac and a glue gun for the flowers.

First cut out all your pieces you will need two of each for the sides and one of each for the top.

To make the folds for the top, take the middle of your top piece and line up to the 5" mark on your Scor Board. You can line it up on any line Im just using 5" for this example. Make use your bottom is also lined up to the 5" line. Score on each side of the 5" line.

To make the folds in the top piece place a small piece of double sided stick tape to hold in place and flip over and re-score. Wait and glue after you score other wise it will be harder to fold. After you score then glue your pieces together. Make sure you add your ribbon to the under side of your fancy paper first and then glue to the card stock.

To make the inside piece to hold it all together, cut a piece 3" by 12". Place on Score Board and score on the 1" and 2" lines. After you score find your middle which should be at the 6" mark. From the middle measure out on both sides 2" 1/2 inches. That will give you a base of 5" wide. Now looking at the picture cut only to the middle lines on all 4 this is where your going to fold them to make it a box shape. See picture below.

Now fold up to make like a U shape and glue the corners to make square.

Then glue to one of you side pieces and then add glue to the other side and then add the other side piece.

This is what your bottom of your purse should look like after you have the sides on. 

Then attach the top of your purse only glue the back side and attach.

This is what is should look like after you attach it. 

To keep closed attach a velco dot to the top and bottom.

This is what it looks like opened up to see how the back looks.

To make the note card fold a piece of card stock in half and let the spellbinders over hang at the fold part so you will be able to open it like a book.

Now add your layers of card stock and decorate as you like. I cut a small piece of what was left from my fancy paper and pop dotted it to the top.
