If you love making or want to learn to make Tear Bears the one must have item is an Acrylic Pattern by Kimm these patterns make you look like a pro.
There are also lots of pretty mulberry paper and the must have tool in the store.
For the background paper I used paper from the Basic Grey Origins Line of papers.
I also used punches from Ek Sucess for the balloons and flowers. I used Martha Stewart's boarder punch and branch punch. I used Bo Bunny brads on the flowers.
Now what did I use my dental floss on? The balloon strings. It worked perfect for them.

The balloons were inked and covered with glaze and while still wet I added glitter to them. The balloons with the names on them were pop dotted to make them higher than the other ones.
I also added glaze on the eyes to make them stand out more. You can get your own free set of eyes from The Beary Sweet Tear Bear Blog.
I hope you liked what I have for you today be sure to check back tomorrow to see another exciting project on The Beary Scrap Design Team Blog.
